Cooking Instruction
1. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil on medium-low heat. Stir fry flower mushroom for ~2 minutes. Remove from pan.
2. Heat another tbsp of cooking oil and stir fry chicken for ~ 3 minutes (to brown the surface).
3. Add aromatics and flower mushroom back into the pan. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add sauce, 125ml of water and 125ml of abalone sauce. Bring liquid to boil. Put on lid and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
5. Add abalone and chestnut, simmer for another 5 mintues.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve!
