To be eligible for a refund, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery or pick up and every refund is subject to a mandatory review and investigation process by our management team. When filing your report, kindly provide us your order number and pictures of the defective products.

Returns and Refunds

All orders of perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

If you have received the wrong order or product, or defective product, The Daily Chefs will resend the item to you at no additional cost or provide you with a cash voucher (amounting to the value of the item) which can be used for future The Daily Chefs purchases online. Alternative, you may opt to receive a refund for the cost of item which was wrongly delivered or defective.

Order cancellation

Order cancellation and refunds in cash are not permitted. However, your request will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis.

Delivery

The Daily Chefs may use Grab Express/Lalamove/Borzo/or any other logistic company or delivery service to deliver the item(s) to you.

The Daily Chefs will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:

1. The recipient is not present or contactable at the address given at the time the delivery was requested to take place.

2. The delivery address given was incorrect or insufficient.

3. The recipient is not contactable after 3 attempts.

Circumstances beyond our control

Adverse Weather Conditions

During the adverse weather conditions (including heavy rains, storm, typhoon and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to delivery orders on time. This is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as practicable to inform you of the delay or to reschedule the delivery.
